YS-203 Modified silicone MS sealant for building windows is a single-component, non-sagging sealing material made of internationally leading modified silicone prepolymer as the main raw material. During construction, YS-203 is applied to the joints with a glue gun to form a waterproof sealing layer that is easy to apply, pollution-free, and has good displacement properties.
YS-203 is suitable for waterproof sealing of non-displacement joints in door and window frame installation and glass assembly, as well as waterproof sealing between window frames and walls.

1. Base treatment:
The construction surface should be clean, hard, dry, free of grease and surface dirt.
2. Filling backing material:
Paste masking tape on both sides of the glue application area and fill the backing material at the same time. Apply primer: This product does not generally require primer. If necessary, apply primer YS-207 on the base layer to cover the base layer. After the primer is dry (about 30 minutes), glue can be applied.
3. Sealant filling:
Cut the nozzle into the required size and connect it to the hose. The sealant must have good contact with both sides of the gap to ensure that the sealant can fully fill the joint. The colloid should be higher than the surface of the substrate for later modification.
4. Finishing:
Use a spatula to press the colloid in one direction to eliminate bubbles, and the glue surface is repaired into a flat or curved surface. Tear off the masking tape after modification.
During transportation, keep away from moisture, rain, sun, high temperature, heat source, handle with care, and avoid squeezing and collision.
The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry, cool place, and avoid direct sunlight. Isolate from fire and heat source. The storage temperature should be 5-30°C. The shelf life of the product with intact packaging and sealing is 12 months.

2. The sealant should be within the shelf life before use.
3. Before curing, the sealant should avoid contact with eyes and skin. If it comes into contact with the skin, first scrub it with soapy water or alcohol, then rinse with clean water; if it comes into contact with the eyes, first rinse with plenty of clean water, and seek medical attention immediately if necessary.
