light stabilizer, non-woven fabrics and other co-extruded and calendered curable concave
and convex drainage board, the upper surface bonded polyester or polypropylene
geotextile as isolation material..

Scope of Application
Drainage and protection board for waterproofing membrane, waterproofing mortars and
coatings.
Suitable for planting roof drainage layer, tunnel waterproof drainage layer, underground
external wall drainage layer and other structural drainage system.

· Hot air welding: hot air welding is used for lap joints, which has high stripping strength
and forms a safe and reliable sealing waterproof layer.

· Key points of construction
Clean base: cement concrete base should be solid, smooth, dry and clean.
Pre-laying membrane: the membrane shall be laid according to the predetermined
position, and shall be smooth and straight, without twisting and crossing.
Main drainage layer construction: the main part of the drainage layer and the base with
supporting adhesive bonding or gasket fixed.
Detail node processing: detail node processing, and large membrane welding.
Transport and Storage
· Storage and transportation, different types of products, specifications stacked
separately, avoid sun and rain, pay attention to ventilation, storage temperature should
not be higher than 45ºC, horizontal storage stacked height of not more than five layers,
prohibit contact with acid, alkali, oil and organic solvents.
· Avoid tilting or transverse pressure during transportation, and cover with felt cloth
when necessary.
· Under normal storage conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of
production.
Matters Need Attention
· Operators must be trained for the job.
· The surface of welding materials must be wiped clean, without water stains, oil stains
and dirt.
· Strict inspection of welding quality, no leakage welding, skip welding phenomenon.
· Pay attention to protection during construction. It is strictly forbidden to enter the
construction site with laid drainage board and rolls wearing shoes.
