HCA-101 High Elastic and Thick Acrylic Waterproof Coating is a one-component coating composed of acrylic emulsion, function additives and filler material etc. It is thick and single-component water-based polymer waterproof coating.

FEATURES
1. Eco-friendly: Water base emulsion, no organic solvent, no toxin, harmless.
2. High coating film strength, large elongation, very adaptive to shrinkage, deformation and fracture of base.
3. Can be reached at 2mm for 2-3 times of coating.
4. Be able to carry out construction on wet base, strong bonding strength, bind the base and the outside protecting and decorating layer firmly.

STORAGE
1. Not flammable and explosive product, according to the general cargo transport.
2. Stored in a cool and dry place under temperature of 5ºC~35ºC, when less than 5ºC take insulation measures.
3. Keep away from the rain, direct sunlight and cold.
4. Quality guarantee period is 12 months from date of manufacturing under normal storage and transportation conditions.

Application System
Constructive System
The system is basically consisted of substrate, additional layer, waterproof coated membrane and protection layer.
Coverage
2.5kg per m2 gives dft 1mm minimum. Coverage may vary with the substrate condition during application
Application Method
Surface preparation→ Additional layer→Application of waterproof coated membrane→Application of protection layer
NOTICES
1. The temperature for application of SPU-301 should be above 5ºC.
2. Can be diluted with water but the amount of water should not exceed 5% of the amount of coating.
3. The films takes 2-3 days to dry completely, should be extended in wet conditions.
4. Closed water test can be performed until the film has completely dried. After acceptance, performed the protective barrier constructed in accordance with design requirements.
