PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
YH GES-W308 uv-resistance polyurethane waterproof coating is prepared by advanced automatic equipment with aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion as the main film-forming material, additives, pigments and fillers. This coating has both the environmental protection performance of water-based waterproof coating and the mechanical performance of oil-based polyurethane waterproof coating, and has excellent weather resistance, dirt resistance and construction performance.

FEATURES
1. Water-based product, safe and environmental protection, odorless, without any organic solvent.
2. Perfect uv-resistance, weather resistance, can be used for exposed roof directly.
3. One component. Ready to apply direct from the can (no mixing required).
4. Good rubber elasticity and resilience, high tensile strength, strong resistance to the deformation of base layer (shrinkage and cracking).
5. Good bonding property, strong adhesion.
6. Excellent low temperature flexibility, -30ºC low temperature bending without cracking.
APPLICATION
Apply to exposed roof waterproof engineering.
Apply to different basements; washroom, kitchen, balcony, water pool, parking lot, etc.
Consumption
When dry film thickness is 1.0mm, the dosage is about 2.0 kg/m2-2.2 kg/m2
1. Base treatment: The base should be flat, solid, dry, no sharp convex, honeycomb, pitted and peeling, no pollution, and free from dust and dirt.
It is recommended to use special primary treatment agent while the surface is porous or it is in the high temperature and high humidity or exposure environment construction.
2. Detailing: Make the additional layers in detail node like deformation joint, water outlet, concave and convex corners. Pre-install reinforcement materials and then brush these places for 2-4 times until thoroughly penetrating into it. Keep no folds and edge warp.
3. GES-W 308 PU coating: Use rubber/metal scraper to brush or spray evenly and brush/spray 2-3 times. The first time should apply a thin coating film to seal the base surface's pinholes, then carry out the next coating when the previous coating is dry, normally need 4h, (in low temperature shall extend the dry time), the brushing direction should be vertical to the previous one.
4. Tip and edge seal: Add-coating for sealing.
During transportation and storage, please prevent sunlight or rain, keep away from fire, and avoid collision, kept in ventilated place. The best storage temperature is 5ºC-25ºC,the temperature is not allowed to be over 40ºC.
The shelf life is 6 months under normal transport and storage conditions.
PRECAUTIONS
Construction temperature is about 5ºC-35ºC, and construction is forbidden in rainy or snowy days.
Stir the product evenly before using.
The product is open-use. The remaining should be sealed in a timely manner and the open time should not exceed 4h.
