HDPE Self-adhesive Waterproof Membrane is specially used in underground project, it can bond with concrete layer tightly. After Membrane bonding with concrete, water can be blocked between membrane and concrete, which can improve the reliability.

PACKAGE
STORAGE
1. Avoid extrusion and packing damaged. Be stored in well-ventilated and dry place.
2. It only can be put horizontally in five-level. Be away from direct sunlight, rain, high temperature. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents.
3. Quality guarantee period is 12 months from date of manufacturing under normal storage and transportation conditions.

Substrate preparation→Set guide line→Apply membrane→Overlap the lap→Details processing→Assembling reinforcement→Pouring concrete
2. Vertical applications
Install formwork→Set guide line→Apply membrane→Additional mechanically fastening→Overlap the lap→Details processing→Assembling reinforcement→Pouring concrete
3. Applications in tunnel vault
Substrate preparation→Set guide line→Install formwork→Apply membrane→Additional mechanically fastening→Overlap the lap→Details processing→Assembling reinforcement→Pouring concrete
NOTICES
1. The construction temperature should be more than -4ºC. If the temperature is too low will cause the overlap not firmly and waterproof failure.
2. Operators must go through specialized training, strict adherence to rules.
3. People wearing spikes are not allowed entering the construction site. No smoking in the construction site.
4. Avoid membrane windblown during construction.
