Product Introduction
It is a kind of high solid content, low VOC, environmentally friendly polyurethane waterproof coating. This product is based on isocyanate and polyether polyol. Fillers and pigments are made by polymerization in advanced process equipment. It is applied to the waterproof base layer during use, and reacts with moisture in the air to form a continuous, jointless, rubberized coating film waterproof layer on the surface of the waterproof base layer.
Application Scope
• It is suitable for waterproofing of construction underground (building basement, underground
garage, open-cut subway and passage, etc.).
• Suitable for waterproofing in toilets, pools, balconies, parking lots and other projects.
• It can also be applied to non-exposed roofing waterproofing.
Product Features
• Composition of pure polyurethane, ultra-high solid content, solvent-free coating, effective component is above 99%, excellent comprehensive performance;
• Solvent-free, low VOC, non-toxic and non-irritating
• Using MDI, completely free of free TDI; free of chlorinated paraffin.
• Good physical mechanics: has good rubber elasticity and resilience, and has strong adaptability to shrinkage and cracking deformation of the base layer;
• Good bonding performance and strong adhesion: it can be bonded to different substrates, and has strong adhesion, even on wet substrates, it has good adhesion.
• The base layer can be directly applied without brushing the base layer treatment agent, and the bonding strength can reach above 1.5MPa;
• Excellent water and corrosion resistance: chemical reaction film formation, long-term water
erosion resistance, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance, especially suitable for long-
term water-soaked parts;
• Excellent low-temperature flexibility: low-temperature -35 ºC, no cracking, suitable for low-
temperature waterproof engineering.

• Single component, ready-to-use on site, convenient construction;
• Fast drying speed: 8h at room temperature, strength on solid drying; 1-2d strength on solid drying under low temperature -10 ~ 5 ºC; higher temperature, faster drying;
• Good construction adaptability: it can be applied in relatively harsh environments, such as
dry outdoor coating film in summer and no air bubbles; no drier is needed for low
temperature construction in winter;

• This product does not contain coal tar, does not contain benzene, toluene, xylene and
other solvents, does not contain chlorinated paraffin, does not contain free TDI, has very
low VOC, is non-toxic and harmless, safe and environmentally friendly.

The coating usage is about 1.2 kg /M2 -1.3kg /M2 per millimeter of coating film.

→ Quality inspection and acceptance → Construction of protective isolation layer
Construction points
• Grassroots cleaning: The waterproof grassroots should be flat, strong and dry,
without sharp unevenness, honeycomb, pitted surface, and peeling, without oil
stains. Sealing materials should be embedded in the grooves left at the cracks,
deformation joints of the grassroots, and the root of the pipe. With the added
waterproofing treatment, it is not necessary to apply a base treatment agent to the
flat and solid base layer.
